As you prepare to spend more time than usual with your family members, arm yourself with the information needed to recognize the early signs of potential problems and find out what you can do about them.

The Catawba County Library and Cognitive Connection Corporation will present a look at substance abuse, addiction, and recovery during two substance abuse awareness seminars in December.

“Awareness, Signs & Symptoms of Abuse” will be presented on Monday, December 11, 2017 from 6 pm to 7 pm in the Newton Library Auditorium.

“What Drugs Are People Using These Days?” will be presented on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 from 6 pm to 7 pm in the Newton Library Auditorium.

The seminars are free to the community.
